Radiation seeds tested to stop Cancer's next move

NCT ID NCT07333651

Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Li Min Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is for people with advanced lung or colorectal cancer where the cancer has started growing again in just a few spots while other areas are still controlled by medication. It will test if adding a targeted radiation treatment (implanting tiny radioactive seeds) directly into those growing spots, while continuing standard medication, helps keep the cancer in check longer than medication alone. The goal is to control the disease's progression and delay the need to switch to a new medication.
