Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether giving special immune cells after an organ transplant can help the body accept the new organ without needing lifelong anti-rejection drugs. About 10 children and adults receiving kidney, lung, or intestinal transplants will get a tailored cell infusion. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and might reduce rejection and infections.
