Summary

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy (FLAG-Ida) plus two targeted drugs (venetoclax and asciminib) in 30 adults aged 18-70 with advanced chronic myeloid leukemia or a related acute leukemia. The first part checks safety, and the second part sees if the combo helps control the disease. Participants must have a specific genetic marker (Philadelphia chromosome or BCR::ABL1).
