Summary

This study tested a new oral medication called TQ05105 for patients with a severe complication of stem cell transplants called acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) that does not respond to standard steroid treatment. The main goals were to check the drug's safety, how well the body processes it, and to see if it could help control the disease. It involved a small group of 13 patients aged 12 to 75.
