New heart valve device offers hope for inoperable patients

NCT ID NCT06568003

Summary

This study is testing a new heart valve device called the LuX-Valve Plus System for people with severe tricuspid regurgitation (a leaky heart valve) who are too high-risk for traditional surgery. The device is inserted through a vein without open-heart surgery. Researchers will check if it's safe and reduces the valve leakage in 15 participants who can't have standard surgical treatment.
