New pill aims to help men with enlarged prostate pee easier

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called DNN.65.21.005 to see if it safely improves urinary symptoms in men with an enlarged prostate. About 218 men aged 50 and older will take either the new drug or a standard treatment (Combodart) for 180 days. The main goal is to measure changes in their urinary symptom scores.
