Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy combinations (treosulfan-based vs. clofarabine-based) given before a donor stem cell transplant for people with myelodysplastic syndromes or acute myeloid leukemia. The goal is to see which regimen leads to better relapse-free survival. About 23 adults aged 18 to 75 with low blast counts are participating.
