Summary

This study aims to see if a special treadmill training program can improve movement skills in children with a type of cerebral palsy that causes uncontrolled movements. It will compare the treadmill training to standard physical therapy over four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, coordination, and fine motor skills in 20 children aged 5 to 12.
