New injection tested for severe skin condition

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new injectable drug called TRB-061 to see if it's safe for people. First, healthy volunteers will receive single or multiple doses. Then, people with moderate-to-severe eczema will receive four injections over 12 weeks to check for side effects and see how the body handles the medication.
