Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TRB-061 in healthy adults and people with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body handles it. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo as injections under the skin, with healthy volunteers getting up to 3 doses and eczema patients getting up to 4 doses over several weeks.
