New hope: trauma therapy tested for schizophrenia patients

Summary
This pilot study is testing whether two established trauma therapies (PE and EMDR) can be safely delivered to young adults with schizophrenia who also have significant PTSD symptoms. The study aims to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for patients already receiving standard early-intervention care. Results will help determine if a larger trial to test effectiveness is feasible.
