New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (trastuzumab Rezetecan and ivonescimab) in 30 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has HER2 gene changes. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or delay cancer growth. Participants must be 18-75, in good enough health to walk and care for themselves, and either starting first treatment or have already tried one prior therapy.
