Summary
This study tests a three-month programme designed to help nurses transition into first-line manager roles at a Spanish hospital. The programme includes classes, online modules, mentorship, and reflective writing. Twenty-two nurses will participate, and researchers will measure changes in their leadership skills and the programme's feasibility.
