First seen Dec 11, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study follows 100 trans men and genderdiverse individuals to see how gender-affirming hormone therapy and mastectomy change their feelings of breast-related distress. Participants will report their chest dysphoria before starting hormones, during hormone therapy, and after surgery. The goal is to understand which steps help most and how coping methods like binding or taping affect well-being.
