First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a trauma-focused therapy (Trans STAIR) to an existing PrEP support program helps transgender and nonbinary people better use HIV prevention medication and feel better mentally. About 90 participants will either get the combined program or PrEP support alone. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for this community.
