Can a simple drug save lives after a brain bleed?

Summary
This study tests if a medicine called tranexamic acid can help people who have a bleeding stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 3400 adults in India will receive either the drug or standard care within 4.5 hours of symptoms. The goal is to see if the drug reduces deaths and improves recovery.
