Summary

This study observes 90 adults undergoing nose surgery to see if a standard dose of tranexamic acid (a drug to reduce bleeding) affects how often anesthesiologists need to adjust pain medication during the procedure. The goal is to understand if patient weight plays a role in anesthesiologist workload. No new treatments are being tested.
