Summary

This trial is testing whether an injectable drug called tralokinumab, when used with standard steroid creams, is safe and effective for controlling moderate-to-severe eczema in children and infants. It involves about 195 participants, from 6 months to under 12 years old, who have not gotten enough relief from creams alone. For older children, the drug is compared against a placebo (dummy) injection, while all infants receive the active drug.
