NCT ID NCT07340385
First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how blood flow restriction exercise—using a cuff to partially block blood flow to a leg—affects muscle size and blood markers in two groups: people new to strength training and experienced athletes. The goal is to understand how training history changes the body's short- and long-term responses. Thirty healthy adults aged 18-40 will exercise twice a week for six weeks.
