Summary

This study aims to find out how often teenage tennis players should do functional training to best improve their explosive leg strength. Researchers will compare a group training once a week to a group training three times a week over six weeks. The goal is to gather knowledge to help coaches design safer, more effective training plans for young athletes during their rapid growth years.
