Summary

This study tested a training program for doctors to use a special microscope called confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) during endoscopy. The goal was to see if the training helped doctors more accurately spot stomach cancer and precancerous growths in real-time. The study involved 147 patients and evaluated how well doctors could diagnose these conditions after completing the training course.
