First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether playing the traditional game Kho-Kho three times a week for six weeks can improve agility and reaction time in school children aged 8 to 12. Researchers will compare a group that plays Kho-Kho with a group that has free play. The goal is to see if this fun, no-equipment game can help address the lack of physical activity in schools.
