Summary
This study looks at whether traditional exercises like Tai Chi and Baduanjin can help people with hearing loss feel better physically and mentally. Ninety adults with severe hearing loss will be split into three groups: Tai Chi, Baduanjin, or regular gym class. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure balance, mood, and overall health to see if these gentle exercises offer extra benefits.
