Summary
This study looked at how often a history of early miscarriage gets recorded in a woman's general medical file. Researchers examined records of 145 women to understand if this common but often traumatic event is properly documented by their primary doctors. The goal was to identify gaps in medical record-keeping that might affect women's overall healthcare.
