Summary
This study tested a herbal capsule (Trĩ Thiên Dược) against a standard drug (diosmin) in 172 adults with grade II internal hemorrhoids that bleed. The goal was to see if the herbal option could stop bleeding and ease symptoms like pain and itching. Participants took the treatment for 28 days and were followed for another week.
