Summary
This study tests an experimental inhaler called TQC3721 in 195 adults aged 40-80 with moderate to severe COPD. The main goal is to see if it improves lung function (measured by FEV1) over 4 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants use a dry powder inhaler and are monitored for safety and breathing changes.
