Summary
This study tested whether adding the experimental drug TQB3616 to standard hormone therapy (fulvestrant) can help slow cancer growth in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative). About 293 women took part, receiving either the drug combo or a placebo plus fulvestrant. The main goal was to see how long the cancer stayed under control.
