New cancer pill begins first human safety tests

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of an experimental oral drug called TQB3019 for adults with advanced cancer. The main goals are to see what side effects occur, how the drug moves through the body, and to check for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors. It is an early-phase trial not designed to prove the drug works, but to gather initial safety data.
