New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat amyloidosis

Summary
This study is testing an experimental injection called TQB2934 for people with systemic light chain amyloidosis that has come back or stopped responding to previous treatments. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose and see if it can help control the disease by improving blood test results and organ function. The trial will enroll about 70 adults who have already been treated with specific standard medications.
