Summary
This study tests a new drug called TQB2934 for people with systemic light chain amyloidosis, a rare disease where abnormal proteins build up in organs. The trial enrolls 70 adults who have already tried standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can improve blood markers and control the disease, while monitoring safety.
