New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a new drug, TQB2102, for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific marker called HER2 IHC3+ and has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 142 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a treatment chosen by their doctor. The main goal is to see if TQB2102 can slow the cancer's growth and help people live longer compared to current options.
