First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tested an experimental pill called TQA3605 in 122 adults with chronic hepatitis B who still had low amounts of virus despite standard treatment. Participants took either TQA3605 plus their usual antiviral drug or a placebo plus their usual drug for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if the combination could lower the virus to undetectable levels more effectively than standard treatment alone.
