New drug duo aims to shrink enlarged spleens in myelofibrosis patients

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two experimental drugs (TQ05105 and TQB3617) can safely reduce spleen size and improve symptoms in adults with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis, a type of bone marrow cancer. About 92 participants will receive the treatment to find the best dose and measure how well it works. The goal is to control the disease and improve quality of life, not to cure it.
