Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates an experimental drug called TQ05105. Six healthy male volunteers received a single, traceable dose of the drug. Researchers then carefully measured how much of the drug and its breakdown products left the body in urine and feces over time to map its complete journey.
