Summary
This study tested two injection methods—Manual Pressure and Traction-Pressure-Release (TPR)—to see if they hurt less than the standard way of giving a shot. 174 adults getting a painkiller injection rated their pain and satisfaction right after. The goal is to find a simple technique that makes injections more comfortable for patients.
