Summary

This study tests a new way to give vitamin B12 injections, called the TPR technique, to see if it causes less pain and makes patients happier than the usual method. About 102 adults will take part, and their pain and satisfaction will be measured right after the shot. The goal is to find a simple, no-cost way to improve the injection experience.
