Early-Stage trial tests new drug formulation in healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07492355

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how the body absorbs two different capsule versions of an investigational drug called TP-3654, which is being developed for a bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis. It involves 24 healthy adult volunteers and will test how taking the capsules with or without food affects the drug's levels in the blood. The main goal is to collect initial safety data and determine the best formulation for future testing in patients.
