First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tested two different capsule forms of the drug TP-3654 in 24 healthy adults to see how well the body absorbs them and whether taking them with food changes absorption. The goal is to find the best capsule and dosing conditions for future studies in people with myelofibrosis. Participants were generally healthy and took the drug under fasting or fed conditions.
