Squishy toys battle dentist fears in kids
NCT ID NCT07445594
Summary
This study is testing whether simple toys like play dough, slime, or stuffed animals can help children feel less anxious and experience less pain during routine dental fillings. Researchers will compare 90 children, aged 6 to 10, who use one of these toys during treatment to children who don't use any. They will measure fear, pain, and stress levels to see if these fun distractions make dental visits easier for kids.
