First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at two simple ways to help children aged 3-6 feel less afraid during their first breathing treatment (nebulization). One group uses a toy-shaped nebulizer, another uses distraction cards, and a third gets standard care. Researchers will measure children's fear and parents' satisfaction to see which method works best.
