Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called tovorafenib can help children and young adults live longer after being diagnosed with aggressive brain tumors, including a type called DIPG. The drug is given after standard radiation treatment and targets tumors with specific genetic changes. The main goal is to see if it can delay the cancer's return and improve survival compared to past treatments.
