Summary

This study aims to find out if using a tourniquet during ankle fracture surgery leads to more pain and complications after the operation. It will randomly assign 100 adult patients having this surgery to either have a tourniquet used or not. The main goal is to compare pain levels and recovery outcomes between the two groups to help guide future surgical decisions.
