Summary

This study looks at two methods for setting the pressure of a tourniquet (a tight band that stops blood flow) during surgery for a broken wrist. The goal is to see which method gives surgeons a clearer view and causes less pain and fewer complications for patients. About 140 adults having wrist fracture surgery will take part, and their recovery will be tracked for one year.
