Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called gemlapodect can safely reduce tics in people with Tourette Syndrome. About 164 adults and teenagers will take either the drug or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks to see which works better. Researchers will measure changes in tic severity and how the treatment affects daily life.
