Summary

This study looks at a custom 3D-printed device that replaces the talus bone in the ankle. It is for people with severe bone damage or collapse from conditions like avascular necrosis or large defects. The main goal is to see if the implant stays in place and avoids serious problems for 5 years. About 50 adults will take part.
