First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests two short pre-surgery treatments for advanced head and neck cancer. About 154 adults will get either an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) alone or with two cycles of chemotherapy. After treatment, everyone has standard surgery and radiation. The goal is to see which approach better prevents the cancer from coming back over two years.
