Summary

This study tests whether a blood test that detects tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA-MRD) can help decide who needs immunotherapy after lung cancer surgery. About 80 adults with stage IB-IIIA non-small-cell lung cancer will receive toripalimab, but only if the blood test suggests they are at higher risk of recurrence. The goal is to see if this personalized approach works as well as giving everyone the full course of treatment, while possibly sparing some people from unnecessary therapy.
