First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests two short treatments given before surgery for advanced head and neck cancer. One group gets an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) alone, the other gets toripalimab plus two cycles of chemotherapy. After treatment, all patients have standard surgery and radiation. The goal is to see which approach better prevents the cancer from coming back. About 154 adults aged 18-70 with newly diagnosed, operable cancer will take part.
