Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding toripalimab (an immunotherapy) to capecitabine (a chemotherapy pill) as maintenance therapy works better than capecitabine alone for people with high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The study enrolls 264 adults aged 18-70 who have completed initial chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to see if the combination delays cancer progression or spread.
