New lens could sharpen vision for cornea transplant patients

Summary

This study tests a special add-on lens to correct high astigmatism (blurry vision) in people who have had a cornea transplant and cataract surgery. About 40 participants will receive the lens and be followed for up to 7 months to see if their vision improves. The goal is to reduce the need for glasses or contact lenses after these surgeries.
