Summary
This early study aims to understand how much of a topical treatment called phenylephrine gets into the bloodstream when applied to the scalp. It involves 24 healthy adult women who will apply the treatment daily for three weeks. The main goal is to measure absorption and check for safety issues like changes in blood pressure.
